Please note: before engaging us for service, you will need to sign and return a standard release form. Payment for services will be required in advance. We recomend transmission of matierals for download over the internet but will also accept items through regular mail. You will be notified by email when we receive your mateial. You must provide a prepaid, return envelope when mailling in your script, videotape or dvd and the materials will be returned to you with your final analysis. Projects that are emailed will be deleted upon final delivery of your asesment.
